We’ve been lied to.

We were taught to work hard and sacrifice all for getting into a top college, so we could land a “good job.” But here we are, great salary and respectable title. But where is the fulfillment? Why do we still feel like there’s more? Why are we dreading Mondays instead of waking up motivated and full of energy?

Many believe the solution to lasting fulfillment and happiness will come when we get the next promotion, in breaking the glass ceiling or the Asian "Bamboo Ceiling," but that is not the right conversation.

Over and over I’ve heard that when we get promoted, we feel even more pressure, more anxiety, and more pressure to keep proving ourselves.

The REAL conversation is about reclaiming our confidence and self-worth and happiness. This requires an internal shift.

As someone who spent two decades in therapy, tried medications, and read every self-empowerment book out here, I’m on a mission to free women of color of all backgrounds to finally reclaim her identity from her adverse upbringing. We’ve picked up habits that keep us living below our potential–and we don’t even realize it!

Our mission is to help you break free from these barriers, so you can lead with authenticity, purpose, and boldness–fully equipped to step confidently into the next extraordinary chapter of your career.

As Asian American daughters of immigrants, we’ve earned the degrees, landed the tech jobs, and have a comfortable income… we are considered “successful” by society,
but we still don’t feel fulfilled, successful or accomplished.

Add on the fact that we’ve been conditioned to not talk about our stress, lack of happiness and the cultural norms that have influenced our choices.

That changes today.

Maybe you’ve attended endless leadership seminars and already read “Design Your Life” and you’ve hit many career milestones. But something’s still missing. Where’s the peace, the satisfaction and freedom that you expected? You know you were made for more impact and you miss being creative. And if you’re honest, most days you feel overwhelmed and frustrated, not successful and impactful. You’ve secretly tried therapy and that helped explain the generational trauma that is affecting your work, but change is slow.

You feel invisible, taken for granted, and behind in your career. No matter how hard you work and how much you do for others, you don’t really feel like you matter.

I understand you. I’ve been there. And when I finally realized the core issue that was keeping me stuck, everything changed. Quickly. And now I work with brilliant women to quickly recover their confidence, figure out what they truly want, and start to make it happen, all in 3 months, not after years of therapy and yoga.

coaching for Women for Color

As someone who grew up with pressure and adversity, I work with ambitious, talented women whose cultural upbringing silenced their innate confidence and voice. I train them in just 3 months to regain their confidence, speak with assertiveness and learn how to decide, create, and ask for what we really want in our careers.

I understand the real challenge is not in the office but in the internal conflicts that women face. Even if we know what we want, we’ve been conditioned to be humble, and always be “nice” and put others’ needs first. I will empower you with the strategies to restore your God-given innate abilities, without the need for more degrees, years of therapy, or copromising your worth.
